Cindi Flanagan

Cindi is an accountant, turned spa owner because of her love for anything spa. She is a NSBHS graduate and lives right here in New Smyrna Beach!  Cindi is very involved in the community believing it's our responsibility to give back to the community.  She was selected as one of 2024's Top 40 Women in Business.

In her spare time she loves mahjong, attending events, the beach or a glass of wine over a good book.

Katie Castellanos

Our spa director, Katie Castellanos, has been a member of the Abundant Health team for eleven years.  She is an esthetician, massage therapist, yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Practitioner.  Katie loves to learn and is continually taking courses and studying new modalities to improve her skills and offer her clients new healing methods and services.  Katie is originally from Kansas but has enjoyed living in England, New Zealand, the US Virgin Islands and is now happy to call New Smyrna Beach home.  She has a love of travel, reading and the ocean.  Katie brings inspiration from all of her life’s experiences into her career and offerings at the spa.  

Sadako Nolin

Sadako was born in Japan before moving to New Smyrna Beach in 1991. She originally received her massage therapy license in Japan, unfortunately it would not transfer to the United States, but she didn't let that stop her from practicing healing therapies. Her favorite services to perform are foot reflexology and medical massage although her clients say she is great at overall pain relief. In her spare time she enjoys playing piano, going out to eat, and fishing

Dana Tripodi 

Dana was born and raised right here in New Smyrna Beach. She has been a licensed esthetician  for 8 years and enjoys helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. Her favorite service to provide is a customized facial where she can use products and techniques that are specific for her client. In her spare time she enjoys boating and going to the beach. She loves spending time with friends and family, having a good brunch, and reading.

Jackqualine Rankin

As a licensed esthetician with nine years of experience, Jackqualine specializes in advanced skincare treatments that promote radiant, healthy skin. Jackqualine’s expertise extends beyond esthetics as she is also a licensed massage therapist and neuromuscular therapist, where she integrates therapeutic bodywork to relieve tension, restore mobility, and enhance overall well-being. As a Reiki 2 practitioner, Jackqualine incorporates energy healing to create a holistic and restorative experience for her clients. Beyond her practice, she is a graduate student at Stetson University, pursuing her passion for mental health. Jackqualine believes in a well-rounded approach to healing, blending physical, energetic, and emotional well-being. In her spare time, Jackqualine loves to travel, read, and spend quality time with the ones she loves. She is always seeking new experiences that enrich both her personal and professional growth.

Saige McLemore

With a passion for skin care and wellness, I’m Saige, a licensed esthetician at Abundant Health Float and Day Spa. Whether you are looking for a relaxing facial, or a customized skincare treatment, I am here for you! Growing up in a beach town has shown me the importance of maintaining good skincare habits all while making sure to wear lots of protective sunscreen! I believe esthetics is not just about taking care of your outside beauty, however practicing self-care, confidence, and empowerment. I am here to offer you a wide variety of customized facial treatments along with beauty treatments such as the new and popular Eyelash Lift and Tint. When not at the spa, I like to spend my time at the beach with my family and friends, or with a good book! I hope to see you soon! 

Danielle Long

Turning pain into power, Danielle started massaging after being given the number to a pain clinic at the age of 19. She knew that was not the road she wanted to go down at such a young age. Years later, Danielle experienced tremendous relief after receiving a wonderfully therapeutic massage, which had her pain free for about a month. That is when she had the "aha!" moment that massage is what helped her the most. Up to that point, she had tried  many different things. Now Danielle gets a great sense of fulfillment helping others to relieve chronic and stress related pain while also giving them the knowledge to help themselves.  Danielle has been licensed for 9 years and specializes in neck and shoulder pain.  Her  favorite modalities are cranial sacral,  cupping and sports massage. 

In her free time, Danielle enjoys hanging out with my family and pets. She loves hiking, swimming, dancing and watching her hometown Kansas City Chiefs win!

Mallory Draa

Mallory is a massage therapist driven by a passion for making a difference and helping others heal. Specializing in deep tissue and targeted work, she is focus on providing purposeful, effective treatments that promote quicker recovery. In addition to her work with people, Mallory also practice equine massage, bringing healing to both humans and horses. When she's not working, you'll find her enjoying time with her partner and her son, outdoors, or at the farm.

Mary-Catherine Wilkerson

Mary - Catherine, also known affectionately as M.C., is one of our talented guest service & reservation coordinators, a New Smyrna resident since 2019, originally hailing from her beloved city of Philadelphia, PA. A lifelong hospitality enthusiast, Mary - Catherine brings over 20 years of upper level industry experience from multiple facets including bars/nightlife, restaurants, event venues and most recently as an international flight attendant with American Airlines. When not enjoying her time tending to guest needs at the spa, Mary - Catherine enjoys spending quality time with her wonderful husband and pink (house!) pig or can be found in a yoga class, auditioning for a local theatre production, planning her next trip to Europe, and always cheering on her Philadelphia Eagles, GO BIRDS!
